Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the nss250 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. nss250 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals or when suspicious activity is detected on your account.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login details confidential.
- Ensuring that no other party has access to your account.
- Notify the nss250 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Nss250 shall not be liable for any losses arising from third-party use of your account due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
Users agree to use the nss250 platform for lawful purposes only and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software or methods (bots, scripts, or similar tools) to access or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting to cheat the system, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit any bugs or technical vulnerabilities.
- Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to place bets using your account.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Posting offensive, defamatory, or privacy-violating content through any communication channel provided by the platform.
Nss250 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending accounts, voiding winnings, or reporting to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the nss250 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include local bank transfers, approved e-wallets, and other online payment methods listed on the platform at the relevant time.
Deposit terms: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to limits set by the platform and may change from time to time. nss250 reserves the right to decline or hold any deposit deemed suspicious or non-compliant with platform policy.
Withdrawal conditions: Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet that has been registered and verified under the same user's name. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits vary depending on the user's account tier and VIP status. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe set by the platform, subject to the chosen method and any verification requirements.
Identity verification: nss250 reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving a withdrawal, as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) industry standards. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold.
Nss250 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by third-party financial institutions in connection with your deposit or withdrawal transactions.
5. Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits

Nss250 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account, with or without prior notice, if:
- The user is found to have breached any provision of these terms.
- The user provided false or misleading registration information.
- There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, hacking, or other illegal activity involving the account.
- A request is received from the relevant authorities.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance in the account may not be recoverable depending on the nature of the breach. Any winnings obtained through means that violate these terms may be voided.
Liability Limits
Nss250 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be error-free at all times. The platform and all its services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, nss250 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
